Replacement Vinyl Window Part Needed, Manufacturer Unknown

Question

I was putting the tilt window back in after washing it and the metal cam in the bottom balance/pivot lock shoe broke. What part do I need and how do I take it out to repair/replace it?

You need the 15-177 pivot shoe, which is used with the Series 152 coil spring. We pulled up some media guides to help you. Do you think you can figure it out?
