Thank you for posting! Considering the fact that your balances have tips, it sounds like you have Spiral Balances. Is that correct? If so, I need a bit more information before I can determine what you have.

First, I need to know if each window is either tilt or non-tilt. Then, I will need to know the length and diameter of the spiral balance tube for each window's balance. When measuring length, please do not include the plastic tip and spiral protrusion--just the tube.
Quick Learner
They are tilt windows and the tubes are 3/8" in diameter. Tubes for all 3 windows are 28" long

Thanks for getting back to me with this information. It looks like you have our Series 900 spiral balance. Please take a look at our S900-28 and see what you think.

Now, as you can see, the S900-28 has two tip options: Red and Green. Let me give you their weight ranges, so that you can decide on the best options for your windows:

-The red tip can support a window sash weight range of 10 through, and including, 22 pounds.
-The green tip can support 14 through, and including, 26 pounds.

Please keep in mind that the weight range information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
