This will help you identify your bottom balance attachment, the one shown in the top portion of your image.
Once the bottom attachment is identified, we can go ahead and recommend the replacement balance Series.

bottom portion has wings and is 1" wide that would make it a (15-004)**actual width 7/8 inch

If the width is 1", then it would be the 15-005.
