We are in urgent need of part to repair the function of several windows, which are otherwise in perfect condition. Please review photo and advise.

Sure! It looks like your pivot shoe is the only thing that broke. See our 15-177. I am confident this will work for you. It will be compatible with your old spring and coil hardware.
