Replacement awning operator

Greetings and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Your Thompson operator was commonly used on Andersen awning windows back in the 50s. This has not been made for quite a long time, and there are no working substitutes that we know of. That said, take a look at our 39-389 Andersen operator kit and see if you can adapt this to your window. We can make no guarantee that this will work, but we have nothing closer. Another idea is our 39-015, which was made by Turth hardware. This also could work as a substitute, but again we can't be entirely sure. In either case you will likely need to make up a new wood sill cover to accommodate the different style base. Take a look at the parts I mentioned and see what you think.
