Replacement balance

A contractor from Virginia says:

This is for windows with panels 32" inches each panels. We are looking for to replace on two windows. Also we are looking for exactly the same balance on smaller window 16" panels.

Please advise.

Hello

The channel balance shown in your photos looks like our S751 but it's hard to say with the balance still installed. You would need to remove the assembly to confirm if it matches up to the specifications and 15-014 knife lock shoe shown on the product page.

As for the other window showing a jamb liner that holds the balance spring, unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply. You may want to reach out to a local millwork for assistance. Thank you!
