Replacement balance

I need to replace two broken balances. They both broke where spring attaches to the pully. I dont see any mfg info but balance channel is stamped 28C BSI.
I would also like to replace bottom vinyl seals.

Thanks for writing in! I'm confident we can supply the replacement balances you need to repair your window. Although, to confirm the correct replacements, I'll need to see a photo of the bottom attachment on the balance. This appears to still be attached to the bottom of the window sash.

In regard to the window seal, I'll need to see the end profile view of an undamaged piece to identify the exact replacement. Take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.

Thanks for posting! This window balance is a custom, S795-28 Channel Balance, with a 28C Stamp. They are considered custom because we'll need to attach the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment to the top of them.

These will come fully assembled with a 15-195 1-1/4" closed cam shoe.

The seal can be replaced with either the 58-183 offset hollow seal or the 58-171 foam filled seal (this is not available in a hollow option). Their dimensions can be viewed directly on the website.
