Replacement balance for vinyl window

A home owner from placerville, ca says:
Please advise on pricing and availability for replacement channel balance for my windows. The balances in the windows are 27 3 FQ Caldwell and some are 27 4 LP Caldwell. I have attached pictures of the ends.

This looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. For the balances stamped 27-3, you'll want a stamp option of 2730; for the balances stamped 27-4, use a stamp option of 2740.
