Hello. Can you tell me which set I need for my non tilt window? The stamp on mine reads: 20 3 CMC2. Photos attached. Thx. Clark.

Hello,

We can help but since the stamp only indicates the tension of the spring in your balance, we'll also need to see the top nylon attachment of your balance to point you in the right direction. Thank you!

Thank you for the new photo. Looking at both end pieces of your balance, it reminds me of both our S380-21 and S385-21 as possible replacements. The difference between these parts lie within the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom balance shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". You will need t measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances would make the best option. Whichever one chosen will use a 2030 option.

It sounds like you need a Series 385 channel balance based on the measurement of your bottom shoe.

Thanks Paul. My bottom balance shoe measurement is 1 3/32. Can you recommend a replacement set? Again many thx. Clark.
