Replacement balance sash pella 30c bsi

Question

I need one balance for my Pella brand sash.
The marking on the balance is " 30c bsi"
it is a 30" balance. I have previously used #10 strength.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This balance looks like a match for the S795-30. The 30C stamp option is rated for a sash weighing 19 to 24 pounds. If you're unsure this is the correct rating for the window, we recommend weighing the sash to confirm.

The T-lock shoe looks like a match for the 15-194. You'll have to purchase this separately and swap it with the default shoe that the balances come with. The video below shows how to do so.

Note that our Series 795 balances are designed to install with a screw. Can you confirm how your balance installs? If it uses a hook, this must be a custom order.
