Replacement balance shoe

Question

I need to replace the balance shoe. Don't know which to order or if you may have it in stock. Im unable to close the window. If i remove it, will it close for now until replaced?

Hi there. At first glance, your pivot appears to look similar to our 15-177. However, I can not 100% confirm this is a match since your pivot shoe is still installed. You will need to remove your pivot shoe to compare your measurements with ours. Take a look at the video below of one of the more common ways our customers remove the pivot shoe from the window.
