Replacement balance spring for Simonton dbl hung window right side

Question

Simonton dbl hung window, right side, purchased in Feb. 2008.
On the plastic housing is stamped "Part# 801020.

I will need the whole package (housing, with springs, and shoe)

Thanks for posting, Jim. The Coil springs look like our Series 160 (1/2" wide). Check it out and see if you agree. The broken housing looks like our 15-150D and finally the shoe closely resembles our 15-111 pivot shoe. Carefully compare this hardware to your own and let me know what you think.
