Replacement balancer

Question

Hello I need to replace the broken balancer pivot for a simonton window.
Some of my windows have a single spring and some, like this a double spring in windows that are identical. So I am not sure what is best.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! The shoe for this Simonton coil assembly is no longer available but we have a replacement solution for the repair. You'll need the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe along with the 26-083 Pivot Bar; the existing pivot bar won't be compatible with the shoe.
