Replacement balancer for non-tilt window

Hello,
I am trying to figure out the replacement for this balancer. The length of metal part is 21". Which balancer should I choose?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help you find the correct balance, but I can't tell if your top nylon attachment has wings that jut out to the sides or not. If you could confirm this or send another picture of your top attachment from a different angle, we should be able to make a recommendation. thank you!

Thank you for your response. Yes, both ends have wings that jut out.

Hi, thanks for the additional photos! Because of the wings on your plastic attachments, you either have a Series 380 or Series 385 balance. To determine between the two, just measure the depth of the bottom attachment. If it measures 1", you'll need an S380-21 but if it measures 1-3/32" you'll choose an S385-21 balance. Hope this helps!
