Replacement balancers for Milgard Window

Question

The parts needed are to replace the original balancers on my Milgard bathroom window.

The balancer is 1/2" wide and 21" long (metal portion only -- does not include plastic pieces on the top and bottom). There is a marking on the side that says "86 20-3 IB5 CMC 54"

The uploaded photos should be able to show what the plastic end-pieces look like.

Thanks for posting. This appears to be either an S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2030.
