Replacement balances.

A handy person from 29316 says:
I need replacement balances for the double window pictured above. Please provide me a list of part numbers, quantities, and pricing so I can place an order to repair both sides of both windows. Parts will be shipped to area code 29316. Any other important information that you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you. Don

Hey, Don.

I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us what hardware your window uses, unfortunately. We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory.

Thank you!

A handy person from 29316 says:
I took the window apart and unfortunately none of the balances were intact. I have attached photos with measurements in hopes they will provide enough information. The sashes both weigh 18.2 lbs.

Thank you for the additional pictures!

The crossbow balances in your photos are no longer available but as long as the springs have a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances.

Your pivot bar is an older version of our 26-366. The tip is different than your old pivot bar, because it is meant to fit the balance that has replaced the old crossbow balances your window uses, our Series 795. The video below goes into more detail.
