Hello, I need assistance ordering the correct window sash replacment balance.
Attached are photos of the discontinued existing crossbow balance.
-Single hung sash measures 33" wide × 30-1/4" high and weighs 18 pounds. The sash thickness is 1-1/4"
-The current bottom shoe width is 1-1/4"
-The screw width for the pivot bar is 1-1/2"
-The existing gray rod inside the rusty spring picture measures 27-1/4" long
Can you please tell me what parts numbers I need. Are the balances sold in pairs or single? There is a total of 8 windows that need repair.
Also need one right hand windiw latch, measure approx 2-1/2" long and just shy of 3/4" wide, rounded on one end.
