Replacement balances for Simonton windows

Question

The balances on these windows are falling apart, particularly the plastic cover is just breaking into pieces and then other parts get broken when we try to open the window. I need to replace all of the parts of the balances (springs, cover and the pivot). These windows have three springs with difficult to read part numbers. There is a #4.0 35" and a part number that could be 52323 but it is very difficult to read on any of the spring.
The window part number sticker is shown on one of the photos.
Can you folks help me to find the correct replacement parts?

Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-199 pivot shoe which is compatible with the 1/2" series 160 or the 3/8" series 165. You will need to compare the dimensions of the pivot shoe and the thickness of the coil for a good fit.
