Replacement casement crank

Question

I am writing because my replacement part does not look exactly like what I've ordered in the past.Nor does it fit exactly. I have attached an image of the original crank, an image of the stamped underside of the old unit, and an image of a replacement I ordered from you a few years ago

Features stamped on arm:

"GU" & an arrow Graphic stamped in arm

Stamped on underside:

Looks like a manufacture date of 3/02

US patent? 6.247.270

CA patent? 2.278.439

In years past, I have ordered Truth Dyad Operator, I re-ordered again, but doesn't look the same, I'll upload an image (installed) for you to compare.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. Based on our records, the part you ordered back in 2016 has been discontinued and is no longer available. However, the 39-316, which you recently ordered, is our new substitute and it should function the same. Let me know if you're having any difficulties using the newer 39-316 as a substitute.
