Replacement channel balance

I need to replace the channel balance on a few of my windows and all it says on it is 28B. Can you tell me which one it is? Thank u

Thanks for posting. Your balances look like they could be either our S380-29 or S385-29 with a 2820 stamp, rated to carry a window weighing 12 to 16lbs. 

To confirm which series you have, carefully compare the dimension for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should be either 1" or 1-3/32". if it is neither of these measurements please let me know.

The back side on mine is flat where the 1 inch marking ends, will that make a difference with the s380?

Yes, that measurement will make a difference. It looks like you have our 15-029 bottom shoe which has a 7/8" depth.

This will need to be a special order balance. The good news is that this is something we can make in house. I'll just need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase and I can get the link sent right over to you.
