Replacement channel guides for an outside door window

A quick learner from Davie, FL says:
Need to ID channel guides:
1) metal length isx17"
2) stamping is "1610"
3) plastic top appears to be dimensionally like your 19-002
4)plastic shoe appears to be dimensionally like your 15-001

Also...will need 2 of plastic 'top plates" which have a screw hole and a sliding plastic piece which slides horizontally to open or close.

Thanks for posting! I'd say our 17" Series 390 Channel Balance S390-17 with stamp option 1610 looks like it would be a good match for what you need. As for the 'top plates' you're looking for, could you please upload a photo of that?

A quick learner from Davie, FL says:
Thanks Emily!

Here are some photos of the plastic top piece that fit into both the top sides of the channel in the widow itself.
