Replacement coil assembly

Question

Both the left and right coil balances need replacing. The pictures are attached. I am needing to know which patient need. The window weighs about 8-10 lbs. There is a photo of the window model number. I can repair it without issue I just need the correct part. Thanks.

Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-199, which is compatible with two different sized coil springs: the 1/2" thick Series 160 and the 3/8" thick Series 165. I will need you to remove the old springs and measure them to confirm which size is necessary. That will also determine what plastic cover will fit best.
