Replacement coil balance

I bought a home and the balances are broken on almost every window. Attached are the best photos I have to identify the parts. There are three coils in each balance labeled pat 5232208 #4.0 35". The bottom part's only identifier is Pat 5,704,165. I need to replace these on 15 windows. Please advise if you can help!

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-199 pivot shoe that is used with the Series 160 and Series 165 constant force coil springs. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to choose the correct replacements. Thanks for posting!

The springs themselves appear to have come in one piece with 3 coils and a cover plate. The cover is what has failed in most cases which has caused the issues with the springs themselves. Is there a one piece replacement with the 3 springs and cover?

Hello,

Unfortunately, your hardware is not sold as a one-piece assembly. This is actually a good thing because you only need to replace what's broken. Once you determine if you need the S160 or S165 coils by measuring the width of yours, you'll see a list of related items on the product page, including the compatible covers for your coils.
