Replacement coil balance and associated parts

Question

Looking for replacements for these coil balances (I have several broken springs) as well as the retaining pieces that screw into the window frame. Also hoping to find replacement metal tabs in the window that fit into the shoe (one broken, several appear bent). Unknown brand. Unable to locate markings on any of the parts. There are a couple weights/sizes, 16 pound and 13 pound with about 30 inches of travel. Thanks for your help.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs. For your 13-pound sash, you can use one S190-640 coil on each side. The 16-pound sash will use one S190-840 on each side. These coils are held in place using the 15-186 clip and 15-182 bushing.
