Replacement coil spring cartridges

Question

Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke. And 3) the plastic clips that hold the spring portion of the tensioner have broken. Can you recommend replacement parts?

Your hardware reminds me of the S161-06. We sell the 16-031, 15-086, and the S180-06 separately. Take a look and see what you think.

It sounds like you need new pivot bars, but we'll need to see photos of an undamaged version removed from the window sash.
