Replacement crank

The arm looks good - it's just the mechanism inside the crank base that isn't working so you can turn the handle and nothing happens. Just need to replace this side. Does the whole thing need replacing or just the base and inside mechanism?

The other window like it has this number on the arm - 30842P

Hello, thank you for posting,

It sounds like the operator mechanism is stripped which will require replacing the full crank. Please review the style of the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the short link.

Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm the best fit! If a new cover and handle are needed, see the 39-107 and 39-114L. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
