Replacement crank

I sent a previous email w/ o pics. Sorry. I ordered 2 39-035 thinking that this would also fit the Picture Window. My goof. The window is 65" tall x 18" wide. I'm helping my parents, can I return the extra 39-035 and place the order for this Crank and get refunded when u receive the Crank back? You can contact me by email. Thanks for writing in. Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 Operators. I believe these may be what you're looking for, but compare the dimensions to your old hardware to confirm.
