I would just like to confirm the type of crank that I need to replace the broken one that I have. I believe I need the Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2" 39-155 which swings out from left to right. Our window is 19" wide. Please confirm. I have sent photos of the operable working one on the left, but the broken one to be replaced is on the right.

Thanks for writing in! To determine if the the 39-155 and its opposite handed version 39-156 are the correct replacements for your casement operators, you'll need to compare the dimensions from our diagram. If the link arm on your operator is larger than 3-13/16", then it is likely you'll need the 39-031 and 39-032.
Take a look at the dimensions below and compare them to your existing operator to determine which of these is the right replacement.
