Replacement crank

Contractor from Springfield, OR
Need to replace some cranks at an apartment complex. Crank arm is labeled as a L-31538A and the other arm is a 30767. Was told that these parts are obsolete. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! The part marked with the L-31538A stamp is the casement window operator, and the part marked with the 30767 stamp is the casement window hinge. These parts function separately from one another.

The window operator can likely be replaced with an operator like the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator or the 39-155 Caradco Window Crank. To determine which of these is the correct match, carefully compare the dimensions on the website. The compatible hardware and accessories can be found in the related products, for each operator.

In regard to the window hinge, if you find you need to replace it, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.
