Thanks for posting. I suspect this might be the 39-155 Dual-arm operator, but make sure the dimensions match what we show below. Let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.

Thanks, looks very close. I imagine a similar item would not be a sixteenth or thirty second of an inch different? Cover and handle are in great shape. The windows were purchased around 1989-ish. If it is different is the item returnable? Thank you!

Correct. The 39-031 operator is the closest similar one, and the difference is the link arm on it is 4-7/16"--see below. Which is much more significant than what you're describing. Therefore the 39-155 seems to be our best match.
