Replacement crank operator

I have multiple cranks in my cabin that are stripped out and do not work. I have tried replacements from local hardware stores, but they don't work. Any suggestions?

Hi there!

Start by taking a look at the 39-027E. The 39-028E is the opposite handed version. The length of the arm is 9-1/2" when measured as shown below. We recommend you review the specifications and compare them with yours to confirm.
