Replacement crank operator for Hurd windows

Question

I need to replace 17 crank operators on my Hurd casement windows. The windows are various sizes but the length of the arms appear to be the same. Do you carry these and if so how much are they? Thanks

Thanks for writing in! The window operator, pictured here, looks like it can be replaced with either the 39-253RB or the 39-439B Encore Dual Arm Operator. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to make note of the differences in their design, as shown in the video tutorial below.
