It's very difficult to identify what you have without the original handle to use as a reference, unfortunately. I'm afraid I can only provide you with an educated guess.

Based on the hole spacing measurement provided, and the design of the keeper, I think you should start with our 82-005. This may be compatible with your existing hardware and I think it's worth considering, at the very least. See what you think.
