Replacement for 20 4 EQ CALDWELL

Question

Could you please recommend a replacement for a balance stamped "20 4 EQ CALDWELL"? I do believe it's a 21" Series 385, but I'm not sure what option (2019 to 2050) to choose. I'd like to replace both balances.

Thanks for posting. I agree, this looks an awful lot like an S385-21; the only other possibility is the S380-21, so if you haven't already just go over the specifications on both pages to see what you think is closest. As for the right stamp option, this is actually determined by your stamp code of '20 4'. This conforms to our stamp option of 2040, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 15 through 23 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
