Attached are photos and dimensions of an Andersen operator I'm looking for?..
I would like to find out if you have a replacement based on the dimensions of the Andersen part.
Because the wheel is square would I need a new track to go with the new operator's round wheel. The diameter of the wheel is the same as the square "wheel".
Replacement for Andersen 7073A Operator

Hello,
Unfortunately, this operator has been discontinued and is no longer available. We don't have a direct replacement but you could consider our 39-365 operator, which a past customer confirmed that they were able to adapt to work for their window with the same hardware as yours. You would also need a new track to go with it such as our 39-504 or 39-512. Take a look and see what you think.

Is it known how your customer was able to use the 39-365/366 and have it work with the track?
I have attached what the Andersen track looks like and where the wheel would travel. I'm wondering if the Andersen track would work as it is with the 39-365? Since the wheel is the same size.
