Replacement for Thermgard Window Crank

Question

One Piece Thermogard Window Crank from House Built 1975 and renovated in 2001.
Straight Edge of Window Crank that attaches to the window is 12 inches
At the end of the straight edge the round plastic wheel appears to be 1/2 inch accross and 1/8 inch thick.
The cutout for the window crank is 3 3/4 inches wide and 1/2 inch high.
A one-piece or a multi-piece crank and attachment bar would be ok. The original is 1 piece.
