Can you tell me if the "Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount, Product Code: 39-239B" will work for me? My operator arm is stamped with Truth and 41016. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. This does look like the 39-239B Awning Operator to me. Just make sure the dimensions listed below match; let me know if anything differs. We also carry a stainless steel version of this operator, the 39-239C. If you need new shoes, see the 39-536. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style you prefer.

The only difference I see is that mine is closer to 14 3/4" pin-to-pin.

Also, will my Maxim cover work with this one?

As long as your old cover is removable, it can be reused. Not all operators have a cover that can be removed, though, depending on age. Some older models have their cover permanently affixed to the base. You'll have to check.

As for size, I wasn't able to find anything with a 14-3/4" pin to pin measurement. That doesn't appear to be a size that's been made. I recommend triple checking that just to be sure. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.
