Looking for a complete replacement for an Interlock patio door handle and lock.
Hole spacing is roughly 5 inches.

Hello! Please see our 82-080 handle set. This appears to match your original very closely.

I think the mortise lock might be our 82-268B, but you may want to remove the original to confirm.
