Replacement for broken Pivot Lock shoes

Need replacement pivot lock shoes. These connect to an inverted block and tackle balance. Balance has the following markings "BSI" and "26B".

Thanks for your post! Your balance shoe is a match for the 15-195B T-Lock Balance Shoe, with an open cam. These are used for the Series 795 Channel Balance.
