Replacement for broken pivot bar

Question

I ordered and replaced six S795-30, option: 30C, 30 inch series 795 channel balances for three windows.
Unfortunately, The pivot bar for one window is broken and needs to be replaced.
The current part (broken off) is etched with a number "4", and the first screw hole is one inch from the edge.
How do I determine which is the correct Pivot Bar for my windows?
