The part has Truth 45251 stamped on it. The arm is 9" long when measured from the gear. It has Norco stamped oh the crank.

Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator looks like it could be the 39-413 Offset Single Arm Operator; the opposite hand is the 39-412. To determine which of these are the correct replacement, you'll need to be sure to compare their dimensions and design.

These operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.

The single arm operator that I have is more of a square flat style. The one you're showing is more rounded or elliptical in style. Do you have the square flat style?

The operator you have is an older discontinued style. The 39-412 and 39-413 are a direct replacement for it. They are essentially the same, outside of the difference in the shape of the base.
