Casement Operator ID

A quick learner from Orinda, CA says:
I have an after marked handle that slips onto the ribbed post but as the window gets harder to close the apparatus skips. Tried putting on the companion handle which was original with screw set but it did not solve the problem. Thinking I might have to replace the whole closing hardware. Not sure if Milgard. How would I find further identification info?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

You likely do need to replace the entire casement window operator. Check out our 39-022. This looks similar, but make sure all the dimensions listed in the pictures match what you have. If you need a new crank handle to go with it, see our 39-114L sold separately.
