Replacement for this window opener

The window operator you have here reminds me of the the 39-438B Encore Dual Arm Operator. I am confident this should be the replacement you need but be sure to look over the diagram below and compare it.

You'll also need either the 39-375 folding cover kit or the 39-451 non-folding cover kit since the replacement does not come with a cover and handle.

I've tagged the opposite versions of each part below.
