Replacement for worn PGT sliding glass door handle

Question

I would like to find a replacement for the worn handle shown in the attached photo's if possible only the worn/outside handle is required. Not sure what color these doors are, they are not white. Unsure of available colors of PGT doors, these appear to be an almond color?

Thanks for posting. This style is no longer made, but since the mortise lock looks like our 82-265, and the old handle set's hole spacing is likely 3-15/16", our 82-030 could work as a replacement. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you.
