Replacement handle with lock for patio sliding door

Hello there. This is a peculiar setup, as the handle set almost looks like something that has 3-15/16" hole spacing, like our 82-030; but it is a surface mount lockset, with the same locking mechanism as our 82-005. This would be my recommendation, but since the 82-005 has a hole spacing of 4-15/16", it's possible you'll need to drill new holes to install it. Take a look and see what you think.
