Replacement handles

Question

After talking with JW doors they referred me to you for hardware. I'm looking to replace this  due to a broken locking lever. While looking at your website I see that you also have keyed versions of the handles available. Would that work with my configuration?

Hey there. The 82-089 or keyed 82-086 Handle Sets will work with this door. Alternatively, if you just wanted to replace the thumb lever, the 82-107 should work.

Note a broken thumb lever is often a sign that mortise lock in the door is damaged. To find out, try manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, you need a new one. See the 82-265 and 82-249 keeper.
