Replacement hardware

I need replacement hardware for a Caradco casement window. The part is stamped Entry Guard 20755. Previous post by another customer looking for the same part was recommended 39-031 but was to check arm length. My attached photos seem to indicate a shorter arm length unless I am looking at it incorrectly.
