Replacement hardware

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't identify your hardware from these photos. Would it be possible for me to see a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the window track? The video below will show you how to do so using the cutout method. 

They do a bit actually, yes! I believe the pivot shoe shown here is discontinued but our 15-177 is our recommendation to replace it. I can't be sure about the pivot bar with it still installed but you can start by reviewing the specifications of the 26-226.

As for the tilt latch, see if the 26-243 and 26-244 match up with your old one. 

It's hard to get accurate dimensions from photos but the parts I recommended are our best options. For new coil spring supports, see the 15-144, 15-143, and 15-145. These three parts "sandwich" over the spring, forming a cartridge that holds it secure in the window track.

I'm afraid our department can't process orders but all orders can be placed directly on our website at your convenience. 

We recommend checking the band of the old spring for a stamped weight code. If there isn't one, you will have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the proper coil spring weights. I still can't be sure about the pivot bar with it installed. You will ultimately need to remove it and compare the specifications to the 26-352 and 26-226 to see if one of them matches up.
