Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 39-031 & 39-032 and 39-155 & 39-156 operators come to mind. For the hinge, see the 36-048. We recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Look over the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.
