Thanks for writing in! This handle set resembles the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set (the keyed version is the 82-086). To confirm that this is the right replacement, be sure to double check the distance between the installation holes.

The faceplate from your mortise lock appears to match the one from the 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate. Your hooks appear to be missing but I do believe that this is the correct replacement.

Please also be aware, your existing keeper might not be compatible with our replacement so you may also need to consider purchasing the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
